Wow what an awesome week! I left Durham and headed out to the coast to a town named Jacksonville! My companion is Elder Smith, we were actually at the MTC together, so we are one of the younger companionships in the mission. We've been having a blast this week! Elder Smith is from Las Vegas, he actually lives in Aliante which is pretty cool.
The area here is great, we have some solid people we are teaching and everyone in the ward is super cool.
We did some service this week and one of the things we did was help a Marine move into the ward. He had some of his buddies from the Marines there helping him move in as well. one of them was named Joe and he was pretty cool. well the next day me and Elder Smith are walking through a neighborhood and we decide to knock on a door. It was literally the only door we knocked in the neighborhood and it was Joe!! we were all suprised when he opened the door and he let us in. He said he would be open to hearing the message that we share which is pretty cool!
The work in Jacksonville is a lot different from the work in Durham, we work with the members here a lot more which is awesome! The members are willing to help us out.
We are actually moving tomorrow across Jacksonville to a different apartment so we have to get all of our stuff packed up today. We have a bench press, a couple barbells, a curl bar, and dumbbells in our current apartment which has been super nice, hopefully we get to take them to the new apartment. Pretty glad to be leaving this apartment though because its infested with cockaroaches, its going to be the other Jacksonville Elders problem now.
But we have some great people to teach here. We got 2 people on date for baptism this week which is super cool, we might have to push one of them back but we will see what happens.
I'm glad to be here in Jacksonville though it has been awesome. I'm glad to be a missionary in North Carolina, there is nothing greater than getting to walk around and testify about Jesus Christ and his restored gospel everyday!
sorry for the super short letter but I'm kind of racked for time to today!
Love You guys!

It's in the triple digits and high humidity this week.
He is constantly sweating.
Golfing with Top Ramen is not a good idea.
