A week of miracles!

It's been another great week out here in Raleigh North Carolina!

We have been having a good time riding our bikes! Me and Elder Keller use our exercise time and go ride some trails. The other day Elder Keller snapped his chain so he didnt have any gears anymore. His ankle has been pretty messed up so I let him ride my bike and I ran his bike a few miles through the woods back to the car. After riding my bike he wants to go and buy a new one!

We had our farewell zone conference with President and Sister Holland this week. Sad to see them go, they have been amazing leaders! When we were driving home we got a flat tire, and it was like 90 degrees and 100% humidity we were definitely sweating out there!

The work has been going great! We have been teaching a lady named Mariah. She has been progressing so well, she has recognized the Spirit as we have taught her and as she has been reading and praying. We set a baptismal date for June 27th.

We also got back in touch with Kevin who says he is serious about baptism now. We set some expectations with him and set a date for June 27th for him as well!

Sorry pretty short on time this week we have been in a trio the last few days and we have to take Elder Limón down to Bojangles for some fried chicken then drop him off at the mission office!

I have always loved this verse in Alma 11:
40 And he shall come into the world to redeem his people; and he shall take upon him the transgressions of those who believe on his name; and these are they that shall have eternal life, and salvation cometh to none else

Jesus Christ has come to redeem those who believe on his name! I know that Jesus Christ is our Savior and he lives! I know as I have taken steps to follow Jesus Christ I have been able to feel peace and recieve guidance in my life.

Love yall

Elder Forrest
