It has been another great week here in Raleigh North Carolina! This week we found out that our new mission President got reassigned to a different mission, so we will have a temporary mission President for the next couple months, and then we will get a new mission President sometime in August.
We got out and did some service this week for Sister Herring. We lined her driveway with a bunch of huge rocks and took a broken refrigerator out of her barn. When we were moving rocks I found a snake and I took it over to her chickens. Apparently snake is a delicacy because those chickens were going at it, it was like a UFC fight in the chicken coop
The work has still been chugging along. Mariah is still on track to be baptized this Saturday the 27th, we have her interview on Wednesday. She is an awesome lady with a great testimony!
We found a new lady this week, Roxanne, she might be crazy but we only talked to her for 10 minutes so we will find out tomorrow
We finally got Elder Keller bike fixed, just in time for bike week too! This will be the first time in 7 months that I didnt have a car, kinda weird but I'm excited to ressurect my wheelie game
Doctrine and Covenants 42:
61 If thou shalt ask, thou shalt receive revelation upon revelation, knowledge upon knowledge, that thou mayest know the mysteries and peaceable things—that which bringeth joy, that which bringeth life eternal
The truths taught in the scriptures have brought me joy! I know that as we earnestly seek for knowledge with a sincere heart, the Lord will teach us, he will guide us, and he will bless us!
Love yall
